1. Our Return Policy
At La Bendita Ropa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet our return conditions outlined below.
Pre-Order Policy
Current Status: All products are currently available for pre-order with an expected ship date of January 15, 2026.
- You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipping
- Once your pre-order ships, standard return policies apply (14-day return window)
- If we cannot fulfill your pre-order by the stated ship date, you will receive a full refund automatically
- We will send email updates on your pre-order status and shipping timeline
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unused: Items must be in new, unworn condition with no signs of wear
- Original Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
- Within 14 Days: Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (if applicable)
- Gift cards or digital products
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at orders@labenditaropa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await Confirmation: We will review your request and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Ship to the address provided in our return instructions.
- Include Documentation: Place a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.
5. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at orders@labenditaropa.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection Timeline: We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your return is approved
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at orders@labenditaropa.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include:
- Full refund (including original shipping)
- Replacement item at no charge
- Partial refund if you choose to keep the item
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by you. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.
If you have concerns about package security, consider using the following options during checkout:
- Ship to a secure location (workplace, trusted neighbor)
- Request signature confirmation (if available)
- Use a P.O. Box or package locker
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address:
- You will receive a refund for the item price only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from your refund
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from our approval email:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank - processing may take additional time
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at orders@labenditaropa.com
12. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use or wear
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items missing tags or not in original packaging
- Items damaged during return shipping (not properly packaged)
We will notify you of any partial refund amount and the reason before processing.
