Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for all orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping - $7.99
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Cost: $7.99 flat rate
Standard shipping is processed via USPS or similar carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Shipping cost is per order, not per item.
Express Shipping - $15.00
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Cost: $15.00 flat rate
Express shipping via priority carriers (USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking information provided immediately upon shipment. Shipping cost is per order, not per item.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Business Days: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
High Volume Periods: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if any delays are expected.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for Express Shipping only - Standard Shipping accepts P.O. Boxes)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International addresses (outside the United States)
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping notification.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Transit time begins from the ship date, not the order date.
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- East Coast: 3-5 business days
- Midwest: 4-6 business days
- West Coast: 5-7 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: 7-10 business days
Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Continental US: 2-3 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: 3-4 business days
Note: Delivery times do not include processing time. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We ship to the address provided during checkout and cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order:
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately at orders@labenditaropa.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
- After Shipping: Contact the carrier directly to request a delivery address change. Some carriers may charge a fee for this service.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to resend the order, or you may request a refund (minus original shipping costs).
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
La Bendita Ropa is not responsible for packages that show as "delivered" by the carrier but were not received by you. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully shipped.
If Your Package Shows Delivered But You Didn't Receive It:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or building management
- Look around your property (back porch, garage, bushes, etc.)
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- File a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages
We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control:
- Weather Conditions: Severe weather, natural disasters
- Carrier Issues: Mechanical failures, labor disputes, capacity issues
- High Volume: Holiday season, major sales events
- Incorrect Address: Address requiring verification or correction
- Customs Delays: If shipping to addresses near borders
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@labenditaropa.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Photograph the Damage: Take photos of the damaged package exterior, packaging materials, and the product itself
- Contact Us Immediately: Email orders@labenditaropa.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Description of the problem
- Keep All Packaging: Retain the damaged box and materials until the claim is resolved
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly through a replacement or refund.
10. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order, contact us at orders@labenditaropa.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait to receive the package and follow our return process. See our Refund Policy for details.
11. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items will typically ship together in one package. In rare cases, items may ship separately if:
- Items are located in different warehouses
- One item is backordered while others are in stock
- Items require different packaging or handling
If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged one shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of packages.
12. Holiday Shipping
During major holidays, shipping and processing times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our website and social media.
Major Holidays When We Do Not Ship:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
